LAHORE: Lahore Qalandars imprinted their name into Twenty20 cricket history on Sunday by positively dragging off the highest-ever run chase in any T20 final, as they intensely protected the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10 title, chasing down 202 runs against Quetta Gladiators with just one ball to replacement.
This exciting victory marks the first time a team has ever successfully dashed a target beyond 200 runs in a T20 final match. The preceding record for the highest successful hunt in a T20 final was 200 runs, attained by Kolkata Knight Riders against Kings XI Punjab in the 2014 Indian Premier League (IPL) final.

Sikandar Raza hit the delightful runs to end the Pakistan Super League title for Lahore Qalandars on Sunday, overwhelming landowning just 10 minutes before the toss after an annoyed sprint from England.

Hasan Nawaz scored a brilliant 76 to lift Quetta to 201-9 after they won the toss and batted.
Coming in at 21-2, Nawaz added 67 for the fourth wicket with Avishka Fernando (29) and 46 with Dinesh Chandimal (22).
Skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi was the pick of Lahore’s bowlers with 3-24.
It was Faheem Ashraf (28) who raised Quetta past 200, taking 23 off the last over from Salman Mirza.
