Sahibzada Farhan has appeared as one of the most impressive performers in HBL Pakistan Super League season 10. The Islamabad United opener has twisted heads with his constancy and aggressive method at the top of the order.
Pakistan’s newly chosen head coach, Mike Hesson, who has carefully followed Sahibzada Farhan’s development, shared his opinions on the batter’s rise and the worth he has brought to the team this season.
In a first-rate interview with Cricket Pakistan, Hesson qualified Farhan for successfully interpreting his domestic form into high-level PSL performances something many players fight to do.
“He clearly arrived at the PSL with marvelous domestic form, and that’s often hard to translate straight into the PSL, but from the very first game, he got a run-a-ball 20 looked a little hurried but from that point on, he’s been excellent. The century he scored, the beat he’s played at, and the way he’s given us strong starts all show that he’s a superior player,” Mike said.
Farhan’s performances have not only providing Islamabad United with strong starts in key matches, but have also made him a national call-up for the T20I series against Bangladesh.
